trouble with downloads and emailing

I'm not able to access my email page or even when i try to
log on to www.hotmail.com the computer doesn't allow me to
get in.
When i do it says: "page cannot be displayed" or "bad
gateway"
How can i resolve this problem. Please do not email me
resolution because i'm not able to access my emails.

Also, we are not able to download music from the internet.
Why? However we are able to access the internet with no
problems.
