Ok. This will be summed up as much as possible. A
program in the windows folder, rundll32.exe, is causing
some huge problems for my computer. It is slow to load
things, and programs unexpectedly quit when it is running
(i have tested to see that this is the cause). Also, it
always does the New Hardware Wizard whenever i end the
task of rundll32, this happened after i did a windows
restore but it was giving problems even before. Anyway.
It "installs" the drivers for the hardware that has been
connected already and then decides that it was not
microsoft signed and asks if i want to continue. For
some things like Directx9 it refuses to install at all.
It is just like it forgot that these drivers were
microsoft produced. It is a huge annoyance, and i would
appreciate it greatly if i could receive some
enlightenment on this topic.

I dont know if this is a piece of the problem, but my
Nview.dll is not working right.

You could try upgrading your Graphics Drivers. Go to www.Guru3d.com If
that doesnt help then
Rundll32 is one of your main kernel files. I would do a Repair Install
