I cannot get mpg's mpeg's to play on ppts with Win XP. I can xfer the files
to W2K and everything plays fine. I've reinstalled ppt, created a new
presentation and the movies will not play - I get a screen flicker where the
movie is supposed to run but nothing else. The movies run under Win DVD and
Media player fine. I've tried to import the movies to the Microsoft Gallery
instead of from file - in the gallery the preview does the same thing - one
flicker and nothing else. The file I'm working with is 41 sec and the
properties show up correctly. Play movie does not work either.
Running out of ideas.
