Hi Rose
I have the identical problems that you state. In addition
i am using lotus123(sim to excell) and xp in conflict and
many freezes occur when using lotus123 online. I have
reported these problems to ms many times but nothing
getting done.
I have used Netscape and AOL online reading lotus123
files without any problems, however if i use explore to
read the same files it will sometimes freeze.
I understand that explore is embedded in the oem
version of xp that you and i have. I would try using
Netscape if you don't get freeze ups then at least you
would know the problem is with the Internet Explore part
of xp. If the freeze ups continue then you know the
trouble is with xp. If you don't get freezeup with
Netscape let me know. Netscape.com for free download.
