I did everything you said, and it still freezes. Any more
ideas?

You schould have a button on your keyboard, above the "print screen-Scroll
Lock- Pause/Break", being "Wake Up" (or a sun icon for that matter...)

Pressing that could solve it...

Go into power Options, and check the "power schemes", and the Hibernate
options. Uncheck if you don't like your computer to hibernate..

It takes a while to "wake up" your computer...
(the sleep button puts it to sleep as well...)
