I have a situation, that my computer freezes for couple of seconds and then
begins to work ok. This repeates 5 or 6 times. Then after couple of minutes
it appeares again.
When I look into the Performanse of CPU I see u and down line.

Boot in Safe Mode then do a thorough scan for viruses and spyware. If you
need to access online utilities boot in "Safe Mode with Networking."
