Cannot connect to network via dial-up

Am using a laptop running windows xp and i connect to our
office server via dial-up. I had no problems connecting
using windows 98 in my old laptop. The dial-up server at
the office is a cisco router and i am required to logon to
the domain. However, i am always denied access since i
have been using windows xp. Is there a fix for this?

Have you contacted your system admin and made sure you are authorized.
