I am having a problem with remote assistance. I hope
someone here can help.

We have a large network, most users are inhouse, but we
have a few scattered around the US. We are trying to setup
messenger on all remote users' local desktops, so we can
provide assistance to them.

I keep getting a 'can't resolve hostname' from one of the
users. Another user times out while trying to connect. all
workstations are running XP pro SP2. I am also using XP on
my workstation. All of the ports that are needed are open.

We are using windows messenger 5.1.
One remote user I can connect to with no problem, so I
don't think it's a network issue.
