links won't work in OE6

Click start/run, then type REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL (note the space between 2
and U), hit enter. Open Internet Options in the Control Panel, click the
Programs tab, then click the button Reset Web Settings. Reboot your PC and
you should be ok.
