Thanks for the prompt response, you advised me to "look at
Critical updates, not Recommended Updates". The ONLY thing
that appears when I clicked on Personalized windows
Updates was RECOMMENDED Updates, I do NOT see Critical
Updates. The only Critical Updates that I noticed was in
the upper left box which is titled Windows Update. Thank
you again for your help. Buffy

Do you see "Windows Update Catalog" on the right side of the Windows
Update screen?
