Currently running XP, have always kept up with updates.
This particular update keeps reappearing, I consulted the
update history and discovered it installed successfully
on Wed. Feb. 26th but then is recalled automatically 18
times to update but then fails. I tried 6 times manually
before realizing that according to the history, it
installed a month ago. I think in that time we have used
system restore, but I dont understand why it keeps
automatically coming up if it wont accept the
installation. I have no idea if I am asking the right
people but I am very computer illiterate and am hoping
for an answer, thanks in advance for any help, the update
