Formatting Windows XP Upgrade

I want to format my upgrade verison of Windows XP.
However I lost my pervious version of Windows. Is there
anyway to reinstall the XP ugrade, without a having a
perivous version? Please help :-)

You will need a Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/W2K installation
CD to prove your eligibility to use a XP Pro Upgrade Version to perform
a clean install. Restore and Recovery CDs do not qualify. Without one
of the Windows CDs, you cannot perform a clean install. You will need =
the
"Full Version" of XP Pro to do so.
