Memory handling - Q815411

Can anyone email me and tell me how in the heck to get the
patch to the XP bug referenced in Q815411? Since the
version of Windows was preintalled by Toshibia, Microsoft
web support (an oxymornon) directs me to Toshiba, and
Toshiba tells me it is a Microsoft patch.

(thanks - now switch back to my Linux box to get some work
done)
