Task Manager

When i used to press Ctrl Alt Del the Task manager comes
up with a couple of options Tabs ie Processes, Network
Status, Uses.

Now all that comes up is the Process Window is "End,
Switch to, and New Task " buttons. There is also no "X" to
close the window. Any ideas on how to get it back to
normal would be appreciated

Position the cursor at any edge of that window and double click to get the
full window back.
