unsigned drivers

when i run sigverif.exe it identifies 18 unsigned files.

i thought windows file protection stopped the system
files from being overwritten.

i suspect that these may be responsible for the stop
errors i am getting: "the system has halted-hardware
malfunction-contact your hardware vendor for support"
