I am trying to come up with a way to use Windows
Messenger in connection with AD. Also is there a easy
way to restrict use to a corporate leve?

Greetings Rich,
Sort of. There are policies to restrict Windows Messenger to Exchange or SIP-based
Communications Services (like Live Communications Server) but you cannot restrict access to
the .NET Messenger Service that your users can only communicate with people from X domains.
