Hi
I've downloaded the 6 booting floppys for XP on the ms site. I've used them
to install winXp on my pentium 3, that worked fine. Now I want to install
the os on my athlon. Everyting goes well untill floppy 6. After floppy 5
has loaded floppy 6 is being asked. I enter it and hit the enter button.
Nothing happens, it does start to load in the floppy drive and an
underscore appears on a black screen (_). Thats it, why doesn't it go to
the next "stage" to install winXP? Anyone an idea. I've tried it on a
maxtor hd and on a ibm hd. Verry weard, can anyone help?
