when I try to logoff/shutdown, the system couldn't end
explorer.exe and I have to click "end now" manually each
time.
I have tried the following:
1. disable indexing service
2. set AutoEndTasks = 0
3. disable IMAPI and remove the cd-burner
4. update (although it is already SP1)
but none of them works.
please give any suggestion to help me resolve this trouble
