Hello, I have had this problem for quite some time now.
Everytime i either start up my cpu or restart CHKDSK
runs. I cant seem a way to fix it. I have read numerous
places that sometimes this is caused from downloading a
certain service pack from windows update but i dont know
which one and how to fix it. If anyone knows how to fix
it can they either respond or email me

Thanks

You have to determine where it is being called from and delete it there.
Look in start-up folder, and search registry to see if it being called from
there.
