Is there anyway I can install the Ms Recovery Console after I've installed
SP2? I have an OEM of Windows XP Home (with SP1) and updated the OS with SP2
When I try and install the Recovery Console from the CD I get a message
stating that the installed OE system is newer then the one I'm trying to
install. I've thought about uninstalling SP2 then adding the Recovery
Console and re-installing SP2 but a lot of my applications would also have to
be reinstalled. Suggestions???

Try this link, item 21. It eventually shows how to do it without needing
a "slipstreamed" cd, although you will have to download the SP2 pack.
