can't turn firewall off in sp2

I just can't get this firewall to turn off in sp2. it's part of the domain.
I've gotta address this on the server I think but can't figure it out.

You not mention what OS your server is running but check out these two links.

Hi Bryce,
I ran into the same exact situation within my AD domain. It appears to
be a bug in the sp, but I don't believe there's a technet article out for it
yet. Here is the fix:
