I get an error message when starting windows

RUNDLL

ERROR loading C:\PROGRA~1NEWDOT~1NEWDOT~1.DLL
I click on the ok box it goes it doesnt seem to affect any programs
I have tried to restore system but it will not restore to an earlier date.
Please can anyone out there help me

Go to Start | Run. Type in Msconfig and click ok. On the startup tab
uncheck the line that has a reference to newdot. The next time you boot
up it will give a message about being in diagnostic mode. Check the box
to not have it warn you again. Then do a complete scan for malware.
