There is a similarly named utility named Regcleaner v4.3 that I've used with
great success with XP Pro. It was NOT put out by Microsoft.

Although it's unsupported by Microsoft and has been pulled from the
download page, I've used it numerous times with XP SP-1 and 2. It
works fine. Besides it makes a backup (reg file) in case. Like any
other utility that changes the registry it's a must to first backup
your registry before using it.
