Updates

I have tried to install the following updates several
times.

810577 - Security Update
811630 - Critical Update

I keep getting the message that they fail to install. Any
help would be appreciated

If they are listed in add/remove, delete them and re-install. If not in
add/remove, find the folder 'Catroot2' in C:\windows\system32 and delete it.
A new 'Catroot2' will be generated.
