Ever notice the enormous number of problems in these newsgroups that are
either associated with or caused by Norton?.

Open cmd prompt,type:Defrag /?
A list of all the options will show.You'll also find
running defrag from cmd sometimes works better,just type
Defrag C: (C: being the drive letter)
