I am unable to add additional Windows Components to my system through
Add/Remove Programs. When I click on Add/Remove Windows Components I get a
message as follows: "Setup is unable to open information file
C:\Windows\Inf\sysoc.inf. Contact your system administrator. The specific
error code is Oxe0000100 at line 0".
I am running Windows XP Pro on a single computer. I will be grateful for
advice. Is this a case for a re-install or repair of Windows XP?
