Not sure if this is the right group, but I have one user on my home PC
who uses Wordperfect and can't print any documents.
If they switch to my user name, the printing usually starts
automatically!
(I think this also happens with MSIE6.0)
Any suggestions?

Go into the Printer Properties and in the Advanced tab, set it to Print
Direct rather than use the Print Spooler. This problem is most often seen
on XP Homecwith Symantec (Norton) antivirus products installed.

Think you're on target....I have XP Home with N-AV!
Tried to change the spooler, but it won't let me save the "Print
Direct" setting.
Tried some of this:
Start -> Setting -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services
> Turn OFF Print Spooler, but then I didn't see my printer listed in
Control Panel.
Do I have to restart in Safe Mode to save the "Print Direct" setting?
Do you have any other suggestions?
thnx
