Drive Image 6 - Backup problem

I am creating an image of my C: drive using 'Drive Image 6'.

The problem I am having is that when I click on the 'finish' button to
create the image, I am presented with a popup window that asks me to
"restart the system" to initiate the process and then Drive Image will start
the backup. However, when I restart the system, once it has rebooted,
nothing happens, i.e. Drive Image does not open and do it's thing? I'm
puzzled?

Can anyoine please help who has any knowledge of this product.
