System rebooting after patch applied

I have applied a patch (816093: Security Update Microsoft
Virtual Machine (Microsoft VM)) on this machine and now
it is doing occasional reboots. No error messages (that
I can see). Thinking of removing the patch, but I do not
know how..... any help appreciated.

look in the event viewer for STOP info.

Where did you get the update. I can't find it at MS.
