I have a friend who is getting this error - it comes up
every time they reboot - the blue screen of death they
call it i think - it won't go past that -all the
information i have found is for windows 98 and 95 - they
talk about reinstalling windows over the current version -
however, when she inserts the disc to try this...nothing
happens - anyone know what this error is a result of and
how it can be fixed????
