Using Fax Console.

I try to use Fax Console but it doesn't send my fax, it says 'it failed to
send the Fax'.
* I try to use it in my area code and I still have the same problem.
* Out of my area code using a calling card but it still failed. I used the
step by step sequence for the calling card but it seems that it doesn't
follow the sequence at the end of the calling card message it doesn't go to
the next step which is dialing the phone #.
