SP2 for Windows XP

I installed the SP2 last night and now nothing on my computer will open.

Can you still boot up? If possible, go to Control Panel - Add/Remove
Programs and uninstall Service Pack 2. If you can;t do it in normal mode,
you may be able to do it in Safe Mode.
If you are able to do this and everything works again, then see if you
can find out what went wrong before trying to install it again.
Someone here will probably point you to some KB articles that can help
you.
