Access Private Folders under Windows XP SP2

Does anyone know how to access Private Folders under Windows XP SP2?
I've made a couple of my folders private - and forgat to undo that before I
formatted disk & Reinstlled Windows XP SP2.
Is there any program or tip you could give me how I could access this files
- I would try to accsess it from DOS but my disk is NTFS so I can't create
one from XP (it's from Windows Millenium - only FAT32)
