When I try to start my computer I get a message saying
that the system is checking the FAT32 files.
After it checks I get a window that says the computer has
been shut down due to Bad_Pool_Caller.
I can not start in Safe Mode because the arrows will not
move up or down.
Can someone tell me how to repair this or find a resource
to repair this?

Is there any other information on the error message screen other than the
expression Bad_Pool_Caller? There should be some alphanumeric parameters
included with the error message that provide additional details about the
circumstances of the error.
See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page re STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/kbestop.htm and click on the "C2: Bad Pool Caller"
item in the left column.
It is strange that your are unable to get into Safe Mode? Do you have a
USB keyboard by chance? That might explain the problem - no USB driver is
loaded that early in the boot process. Try switching to a "conventional"
ps/2 type keyboard temporarily and see if that will allow you to get into
Safe Mode.
Did you add/update/install/repair/reconfigure/modify/remove/delete or
otherwise change in any way anything about the computer just prior to the
onset of this problem? That may be a clue as to the underlying cause.
Good luck
