I am experiencing a lot of locking up of the desktop. I
usually happens when I am trying to drag items or delete
items from the desktop or folders. I can still use the
task manager and sometimes I can close a locked up program
and continue working. The Alt+tab will still work to
toggle through open programs, but if I try to minimize a
program or close a program it will show closed in the task
manager, but still have the ghost showing on the desktop.
Also if I drag a program window, it will leave a trail of
images.
I have reinstalled everything including the operating
system, still get the same problem.
Any suggestions?
