Colour Resolution - Please help

Hi,

I need help, please??
My pc was fine, but after I rebooted the colour isn't d
same anymore.
I can't even change the settings on Display Properties.
The Screen Resolution and Colour Quality is not
changing.. it's on the lowest.

What should I do to fix it??

I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help.
