I have what i think is a software problem with the device
ID IDE\CDROMTOSHIBA_DVD-ROM_SD-R1102, classic choppy
sound and video, I have been through trouble shooter,
sound quality on CD and DVD is vey poor. I have used
windows player and power DVD, both have poor quality,
Sound from Win TV is excellent, any ideas?
