XP SP2 interrupted when installed....now screwed up

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows if SP2 can be uninstalled? If so, how? It
was interrupted during installation and it shut down. When the computer
restarted, it was in need of a system recovery...its still not working
properly. Could SP2 being interrupted have messed up my computer?

yes it can be by going to add remove programs. if its not there it didnt
install. also if your running a celeron processor you need a patch to allow
service pack 2 to install. this link will take you to support page.also
