I just recieved Win XP as a gift and I cant find my
option to move the screen display so that all of my icons
and programs are visible, does anyone know where the
option is located?

Jennifer, can you expand on "...move the screen display..."? Not sure what
you want to do, unless the main window open is obscuring the background
stuff you want. If that is the case, just position the mouse cursor over
the title bar, press (and hold down) the left button and move the cursor so
the window is where you want it.
If the window is too big, position the mouse cursor over the little dotted
triangle in the lower right hand corner and similarly "drag and drop" it to
make the window smaller or larger.
Last thought: look in the upper right hand corner of the open window. Is
there a single square in the middle symbol of the three? If there is a pair
of overlapping squares, then click on it. The overlapping squares means the
window is set to cover the entire screen. One square makes it fill a lesser
part, which you can adjust by the techniques described above.
