Last week I upgraded our OS from MS ME to XP Professional SP2. Everything
went well except Word and Excel will not allow you to create new documents or
open new email attachments. Outlook works fine. We went to reinstall our
Office applications from the CD that came with the computer, MS Office XP
Media Content Version 2002, and the message we get asks for MS Office XP
Small Business and does not recognize the Media Content CD. Any suggestions?

The office media content CD includes Cliparts and other graphic and video
files that you can use with the office applications. This is usually the
second installation CD that contains these optional components. You need the
first installation CD to reinstall or repair office.
