1. Starting up after shutdown I often have a frozen
pointer arrow which I can only eliminate by restarting.
2. Within a minute or two of startup the screen
frequently blacks out, all lights on the tower, keyboard
etc extinguish and I cannot restart with the Start
button.Switching on/off at back of tower and at mains
power point does not work, but I find that frequent
removing and replacing of the mains plug seems to "jolt"
the machine to wake up after a few attempts. I don't like
doing this so has anybody any advice on how to overcome
