I cannot expand any files and I can't download any
updates from MS Product Updates. I have tried to use the
command line "Expand" command and also the run with a -d
procedure. The first file that I tried to expand was the
Q814033. I am trying to find out how to do this within
the normal XP environment without resorting to the
Recovery Console. I basically can't download and use any
compressed files. All constructive comments are
appreciated.
