very slow computer after uninstall of systemworks

Hello,
Thanks to anyone in advance for your help.
I have uninstalled norton systemworks 2002 from my
computer and now it runs incredably slow. I have done
this on two computers and both show the same slow results.
I do not have sec patch 811493 installed. So I have
tried to find the answer for myself and have even checked
over on symantec to no avail.
Can someone tell me how to get my system back up to speed?

If you ctrl---alt---dele---is there any particular program taking all the
time??
