under task manager my "System Idle Processes" is using 90
percent of my CPU. any ideas why? THANKS

Because it is waiting for something to do i.e. 90% is NOT being used. =
Same thing when your car idles. =20

Erm, suggest you look up 'idle' in a dictionary, then try answering your own
question.

Open more programs and do more work and it won't be so idle.
