service pack1 slows down computer

I had this problem too after installing SP1 and then I get
the fix for the RAM problem 815411 at the link below:

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ahrk_2k/files/

Then I had to clean up my registry an defag.

Now it works just like the day I unpacked it.
