WARNING: XP Q811493 slows the OS

Hi....had the exact same problem with Q811493 and had to
remove it. Now everything is normal, except I can't stop
windows for automatically choose it when I check for
updates. MICROSOFT>>>>>>PLEASE REMOVE THIS UPDATE WHICH
IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY!!!!!!

this patch has downloaded and installed itself on my pc with no problems (
at least so far )
the speed is fast as it was . i think "rather like a lolly" you should suck
it and see .but at least try it out and uninstall if nessesary
