Jim,
Thank you for your answer. I have spent about 2 days
trying to figure out my computer. It is a fast one and
the last two days it takes 5 minutes to open MSword. I
followed your direction, removing 811493 and now it is
back to normal.
Why the hell does microsoft put this in their automatic
updates if it is going to make the computer slower? When
I say slower, I mean s l o w e r. I thought for sure I
had a virus of some sort and have been going down that
route in my research.
I have another problem too. When I shut down the
computer and I have no other programs opened and no other
users logged in, I get the Ending Program windows, saying
End Program notifiation WND for RNAdmin. Don't know that
that means either.
