Hi,
I have an HP mx70 computer, and an HP 5110-xi Officejet All-in-One
printer/fax.
Windows XP Home Edition, updated and HP's Officejet software.
When I try to send a group fax, the whole thing freezes up.
(I send out my daily specials on a Works doc to certain customers for
my restaurant, using the fax address book that was supplied with the
software. I've gotten rid of phone numbers that do't work right or are
busy too often, getting rid of re-dialing issues.)
I have read HP's help pages and can't find an answer.
Occasionally it will work fine for three or more sends, but then
freezes up. If I try to check the log, I'll click the button and it
will freeze.
I clear the log often.
Rebooting the 5110 and the PC will often start the dialing process.
