Updates to XP Pro with SP2

I am setup for automatic updates so am always upto date when I check.
Last night as I went through the standard shutdown procedure I was advised
that an update was installing.
This lasted around 30 mins.
Any idea what it was all about?

Have you tried looking in Control Panel-Add/Remove programs and check
the box "Show Updates"?

Perhaps the update released in the last couple of days?
Looked in the event log or your Add/Remove Programs list to see what new
things are there?
