Single then Duplex Printing

Does anyone know how/if I can print to a HP 4300 with a Duplex unit installed
in the following format from word 2003.

1st page on headed paper from Tray 2 (500 Sheet)
Following 4 pages printed on Duplex plain Paper from Tray 3 (500 Sheet)

Outcome: -

1st page Headed
following pages (2 peices of paper) on Duplex Plain.

This would help me out alot.
